Le projet d’agrandissement de l’Hôtel Le Manoir à Baie-Comeau a mené à la construction d’un nouveau pavillon de 37 chambres réparties sur quatre étages et desservis par un ascenseur. Ce nouveau volume est relié au bâtiment principal par une passerelle au troisième niveau, assurant une circulation fluide entre les deux espaces. La structure du pavillon est réalisée en ossature légère de bois, alliant efficacité et durabilité.
The expansion of Hôtel Le Manoir in Baie-Comeau included the construction of a new four-storey pavilion with 37 guest rooms, served by an elevator. This new wing is connected to the main building through a third-floor walkway, ensuring seamless circulation between the two spaces. The pavilion’s structure is built with a lightweight wood frame, combining efficiency and durability.
